We are finally back with some more action from Modig! We hope you have had some time to enjoy some sunshine and get some Vitamin D (also known as the sunshine vitamin)!!! It has certainly allowed us to feel better and more energetic as we get ready for work in the morning!
While workplace health and safety has been our priority since early this year, we have found some time and got involved in some health and wellbeing activities as well. Spring cleaning our offices and bringing our office meetings off-site has sparked some great energy to come up with some amazing ideas we would like to introduce you month-by-month. Some exciting times ahead!
First up – a week of Modig, where we will be active on the blogosphere and bring you along with us through the week of Modig. Our director Malin Kelly has also been active within the community and has recently together with Cooraclare Gaa Well-being team secured a place in the Healthy Clubs Phase 3. Worth mentioning that only 90 clubs nationwide have been selected to take part in phase 3.
On a personal wellbeing note, Malin has been training hard while keeping the work-life balance in place as she is determined to start and finish her FIRST EVER MARATHON with a PB worth mentioning.
This month we are also really looking forward to attending the IOSH Approved Behavioural Safety Course – Exclusively for Safety Professionals, Trainers and Leaders with a requirement for a behavioural safety qualification as Malin Kelly has already completed the Behavioural Safety Course earlier this year.
