Evaluation of our previous health and safety campaigns and new idea generation is keeping us busy (good busy!) this Autumn. Over the next two months we are looking forward to next years health and safety plans, events and initiatives to ensure that our team is fully ready to support our clients in the continuous development and improvement of their safety management systems.
The last week in October marked European Health & Safety Week which we were delighted to participate in. During the #EUhealthyworkplaces campaign we spend to time reminding ourselves and our clients that all factors count, when we think of our workplace safety, health and wellbeing and that as organisations we need to understand how human factors affect safety and health performance.
We finished safety week with some much needed fun!! With scary Halloween costumes and colleagues dressed up as superheroes and ghosts, we had lots of fun picking out the scariest costumes worn in the office, which is always such an innovative alternative to a team building day away from the desks.
However there is no time to rest when it comes to health and safety within organisations and businesses as there are so many health and safety events happening here in Ireland and all over the world this year, offering the opportunity to participate at various levels. We would like to encourage you to take part and find a day or two to embrace new knowledge and share your health and safety experiences with others.
Let’s create an environment where we learn from the best in the field!
