CORPORATE HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Corporate health and wellbeing programmes in Ireland are just finding their feet. There are some initiatives available which encourage organisations and their leaders, to start the process of workplace health and wellbeing interventions underlining the importance of a positive work atmosphere and good workplace communications. Sometimes it might seem like an immense challenge to embrace wellbeing into the corporate policies and structures of an organisation.
Modig Corporate Services Ltd is supporting organisations all across Ireland in taking their first steps towards corporate health and wellbeing by launching SENSES – an exciting corporate health and wellbeing programme. The programme comprises corporate wellbeing workshops all across Ireland. These workshops offer an amazing opportunity for professional people from various backgrounds including HR, Health & Safety, Business Managers and Wellness Professionals alike to gather and receive relevant advice from experienced guest speakers and health professionals as well as having themselves and their teams challenged both mentally and physically.
Modig Corporate Services Ltd have established SENSES as the foundation pillars of a successfully implemented health and wellbeing programme. Outside of its literal meaning of our requirements to consider all SENSES in a workplace wellbeing programme, the title is also an acronym for:
- Emotional Intelligence,
- New Outlooks,
- Stress Reduction,
- Structures & Standards.
Malin Kelly, Director and Founder of Modig Corporate Services Ltd believes:
“Many organisations are today implementing wellbeing initiatives for their workforce by having sport days, charity partners, social corporate responsibility initiatives, topic based lunch and learns, health promotions and much more. The difference that Modig bring is that we systemise the approach the programme has and this is always based on management and employee requirements. We work closely with our customers to provide tangible results and we guarantee improvement with a structured and written wellbeing programme.”
