Established in Ireland, by our Swedish CEO Malin, in 2013 we embed ourselves in client teams to co‑create and implement robust incident management, psychological safety, positive safety leadership and behaviour‑based safety systems.

We aspire to set new standards in the industry by championing psychological safety and mental wellbeing as integral components of organisational success.
Through our unique Modig Coaching Academy, we build internal thought leaders who drive cultural transformation and health and safety management excellence. Our blend of strategy, innovation, and human connection, delivers bespoke, sustainable EHS impact.
Modig is the Swedish word for brave and also the maiden name of our CEO’s mum.
