If you don’t want to break your healthy eating plan why not try some banana pancakes instead with yoghurt and fresh berries!! Here is a recipe for you
1. Make the batter: Combine rolled oats, ripe bananas, eggs, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.Add cinnamon to the batter.
2. Cook the pancakes: Cook spoonfuls of the batter in a a drop of oil in a non-stick frying pan set over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Serve with maple syrup/honey and fresh fruit.
