EHS Biopharma Summit Europe in Frankfurt

It’s been just over a week since the EHS Biopharma Summit Europe wrapped up in Frankfurt — and taking time to reflect has only reinforced how valuable these three days truly were.

As event partners, Modig Corporate Services Ltd had the pleasure of contributing to conversations that continue to shape the future of EHS across biopharma. After a few days to digest all the insights, we would like to share some highlights from the inspiring speakers we had the chance to learn from on the last day of the conference:
– Lasse Kragh Andersen, Novo Nordisk on navigating the increasing complexity of EHS in a fast-evolving landscape;
– Panel with Darragh DugganJohnson & Johnson Cork, Rocco Albero Ricci, AbbVie, and Kirk Smith, MS, CSP, Alkermes — a dynamic discussion on practical challenges and cultural transformation;
Kirk Smith, MS, CSP on HOP and the importance of learning-driven, human-centred approaches;
Artūras Gečys, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Vilnius on scaling safety culture in expanding and highly regulated environments.

Day 2 at the EHS Biopharma Summit Europe was filled with insightful conversations, energising ideas, and — admittedly — some very tasty waffles that kept us going between sessions.

We had a fantastic first day at the EHS Biopharma Summit Europe yesterday, proudly representing Modig Corporate Services Ltd and the work we do. It was inspiring to connect with so many leaders committed to building safer, more resilient organisations.

Representing Modig Corporate Services Ltd, we had the opportunity to connect, share, listen, and exchange ideas with peers across the sector. The summit was a chance to engage with thought leaders, explore how empathy, coaching, and leadership can help organisations build safety cultures that truly last, and gain new inspiration for driving human-centred safety in the biopharma industry.

With some distance and reflection, one thing is clear: events like this don’t end when the doors close — the ideas, connections, and inspiration continue to shape the work we all do.

A big thank you to all speakers and attendees for an energising and insightful summit. We’re looking forward to continuing these conversations beyond Frankfurt.
